Account and Data Deletion

Delete your Emberheaven account or data

Emberheaven gives you control over the lights, memories, and account data you create. You can delete individual content without deleting your account, or permanently delete your entire Emberheaven account.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Emberheaven and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. If your account uses a password, you may be asked to enter it.

Deleting your account permanently removes your Emberheaven account, lights, memories, photos, private Family and Friends content, and account preferences. This action cannot be undone.

Request account deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject Account deletion request. Please send the request from the email address attached to your Emberheaven account, or include that account email in your message. Do not send your password.

We may need to verify account ownership before deleting the account. We process deletion requests as soon as possible, usually within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual lights, memories, and photos from inside the app without deleting your whole account:

1. Open Emberheaven and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select the light or memory you want to remove.
4. Use the edit or delete controls shown for that item.

You can also email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request if you need help removing specific content.

Data we may retain

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, purchase validation, or store transaction records. Payment details are handled by the app stores and are not stored by Emberheaven.
