How much does Emberheaven cost?
Lighting a soul and keeping their memory is free — you can keep up to 10 lights in the public Heaven, witness the shared light of others, and send blessings of remembrance without ever paying. Emberheaven+ is an optional one-time unlock — never a subscription — that lifts the limit to unlimited lights and adds the private Family and Friends scenes, every premium background, and gentle anniversary care.
What does sending a blessing mean?
When a light in the public Heaven moves you, you can send it a silent blessing of remembrance. It arrives as a warm, anonymous note of presence on that light — your name is never attached, and there is no chat or reply. It is a way to say “you are not alone,” with no pressure and no exposure.
I purchased Emberheaven+ but it isn’t showing.
Emberheaven+ is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and follows you across devices. Open Profile and choose Restore Purchases — it is free, takes no new payment, and re-confirms your unlock with the store. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account you used to buy. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the store receipt and we’ll sort it out.
How do I sign in or recover my account?
You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google. If you forget your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen, and a recovery link will be sent to your email. An account simply lets your lights and memories follow you safely across devices.
How do I edit or remove a light?
Open Profile, choose the light you want to change, and you can edit its name, color, photo, and details, or remove it along with its memories at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your lights, memories, and photos from Emberheaven. This action cannot be undone.
Are reminders going to nag me?
No. Reminders are off by default and always gentle — never a streak or a push to perform. You can set a quiet daily moment, or a reminder for the day someone entered Heaven, and turn any of it off whenever you wish.
Is my information private?
Yes. In the public Heaven, others only ever see a nickname and a color — never real names, dates, photos, or anything you write. We never sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy for the details.
